Yes, i did. It was payed as a donation though. Nothing you can do about it i think. I was stupid on my end i didn't notice it. I have the email confirmation as well and no service still. I am waiting until the end of today like they "said".

I was in the exact same situation as you are right now, I got my money back.
Log in to your paypal, find your donation, click on it and click "Report an issue", then "I haven't received my item" and continue.
