It works pretty well.
Only thing that doesn't seem to work is the player's HP option.
Kinda hard to understand which line is what because it's not in a language I know.

HP works, you have to activate it first, you also have to wear a helmet and gas machine with the character baron so that no one will understand.

Combat Arms Brazil on-play actually makes more sense as it has a lot of gifts and gives a lot of exp, and the cheats still include adding all the weapons or all the characters.

combat arms br daha iyi onun hilelerinde tüm karekterler kozmetik tüm silahlar bile var hemde daha çok exp veriyor ve daha çok hediye veriyor

You should activate the boxes in the menu, for example, how will it work if you don't activate aimbot or other parts?
