If I double click on it, it says the app cant run on my PC, contact Publisher. If I Run it as admin, it seems like it tries to initiate (my screen goes blank then comes back on) but nothing comes up or opens and I dont get any icon anywhere, no signs of the loader opening. I turned off my firewall/antivirus and closed everything hack-related, and still nothing. Someone please help me. Its been years since I use these hacks.

Got several trojans from latest one , also seems old virustotal link is wrong, it shows quite a bit more viruses now...
