He is, that's made by Headchopper I believe. When Comods was around (Or CoFX, dunno which). Same with his sayan armor.

People this is also one of my best creations GreenPencil just stole, this one is also posted on Qonquer.com and on COFX. its easy to steal good skins but hard to make them right? stop fricken stealing my stuff...
