its the already released evil tao robe with a slight adjustment to the hue to make it blue.
(took the evil tao robe, ctrl + u, dragged the bar, and saved)

well it depends, when people say "oh that looks nice, good job on the sword", they act like he chose how it looked....yet he didnt change a pixel

the 130 sword .c3 file would be 420330.c3 in c3/mesh....you take the first 5 numbers and change the last one to a 0.
