[BusterBlade] Make new weapons

Since there has been so many request and its the holidays i
guess ill repost my old guide, atleast hit the +Thanks

Welcome all, i am going to show you how you can make your own
custom weapons for your private server

Please download MakenWeapons.rar or MakenWeapons.zip,
it contains the tools needed
It also has the .dds files that im going to use in the tutorial

MakenWeapons.rar Contents
New ItemMinIcon dds
New MapItemIcon dds
New C3/Texture dds
New ItemAdd.ini
ItemType editor by DeEn

In this tutorial we are going to make a Super +12 BusterBlade

Lets get the .dds files were they need to be at
ItemMinIcon\410349.dds > C:\Program Files\Qonquer Online Client\data\ItemMinIcon
MapItemIcond\410349.dds > C:\Program Files\Qonquer Online Client\data\MapItemIcon
c3\410349.dds > C:\Program Files\Qonquer Online Client\c3\texture
ItemAdd.ini > C:\Program Files\Qonquer Online Client\ini

Now we need to decrypt the itemtype.dat and come up with a
item id for the weapon we will make and add it in

Go to your MakenWeapons folder you downloaded
MakeWeapons > itemtpyeDeEn > itemtype.exe
Run the itemtype exe file and follow the pic below



Now go to C:\Program Files\Qonquer Online Client\ini
Now open up the Itemtype.txt




[The first 3 nubmers tell you the item type, so to find any items
type number just search for the items name you want and write
down the first 3 numbers]

Quality
3 = Normal Low
4 = Normal Med
5 = Normal Hi
6 = Ref
7 = Uni
8 = Eli
9 = Super

Duplicate the SuperBurningBlades line 410289 and edit it for your
new weapon, In this case the new weapons ID will be 410349



Click save and close it

[NOTE] Below, see how the 34 part stays the same for the item
Each item, that part repeast for each quality
410343 - Normal Low
410344 - Normal Med
410345 - Normal Hi
410346 - Ref
410347 - Uni
410348 - Elite
410349 - Super

Now we need to re encrypt the itemtype.txt back to .dat
Once agin
Go to your MakenWeapons folder you downloaded
MakeWeapons > itemtpyeDeEn > itemtype.exe
Follow pic below



Next we have to edit the weapon.ini
Location: C:\Program Files\Qonquer Online Client\ini
Open Weapon.ini
Search for 410289 [SuperBurningBlade ID number]




Save it and close it

Next go to C:\Program Files\Qonquer Online Client\ini
Open 3Dtexture.ini
Follow the pic below



Save it and close it, that made it so the texture in your c3 folder
will show up

Next go to C:\Program Files\Qonquer Online Client\ini
Open Action3Deffect.ini
Follow the pic below



save it and close it, your item will now have the super glow of a
125 SuperBurningBlade

Next go to C:\Program Files\Qonquer Online Client\ini
Open 3DEffect.ini
Follow the pic below




save it and close it

Next go to C:\Program Files\Qonquer Online Client\ani
Rename ItemMinIcon.ani to ItemMinIcon.txt
Rename MapItemIcon.ani to MapItemIcon.txt



Now open up ItemMinIcon.txt
Follow Pic Below



Save it and close it

Now open up the MapItemIcon.txt
Follow pic Below



Save it and close it
Now
Rename ItemMinIcon.txt back to ItemMinIcon.ani
Rename MapItemIcon.txt back to MapItemIcon.ani

Now
Go to C:\Program Files\Qonquer Online Client\ini
Open up ItemAdd.ini
Follow pic below




Close it and save, you just added the plus bonus to the item

[NOTE] ItemAdd.ini
Referance

Bow = 500
Bag = 121
Cap = 114 + 112040
Ring = 150
Boots = 160
Shield = 900
Coronet = 118 + 112080
Earrings = 117
Necklace = 120
BackSword = 421
Bracelets = 152
Archer Hat = 113 + 112030
Trojan Armor = 130 + 135090
Taoist Armor = 134 + 139090
Archer Armor = 133 + 138090
Warrior Armor = 131 + 136090
Warrior Helmet = 111 + 112010
One hand Weapons = 444
Two hand Weapons = 555

but i think you have to add the item in the database as well
otherwise it didnīt worked for me

yes that is correct, this is to i guess u could say prep the client to use them
sources vary so its dif for each

the new id's do need to b added to the database
and example like loft, if you want to spwn it you have to add it too
itemnametoid.ini (not sure on all sources but thats for lotf)

I just noticed you used the same images.
I thought you deleted them, didn't you ?

//edit I made this 2 days ago and without your guide on the ItemAdd.ini I would not have been able to do this.

yes and no
i deleted them off photobucket so images would stop showing even if you did
a cache of the page

n i save everything i ever do, just re-uploaded every thing

Thing is I figured out most stuff myself.
Your guide just made it easier to organize everything.

My own glow on my weapon.
//edit stupid vigor... oh well you should be able to see it.

For those who were wondering, Yes that is the lvl 130 Ninja Weapon the EmperorKatana and the lvl 120 Ninja armor The OwlVest.
