when i click enter to log in it says connection error internet congestion or maintainance help!! >.>(can i make a private server from conquer file? the real conquer file but not as patched up)

a arrow with some nice adds^^
of for a normal 1 try

Dont work with Vista, if i open TheCoServer.exe it will do nothing
