It was just an idea, at last I figured out that with current private servers it would be impossible to introduce since most servers are ran by people who wouldn't be able to implement something as simple as this.
They would also be to 'competitive' to have something in common.

Such as an online API? That is Certainly an idea which I will consider.
I mean you signup to it and servers supporting the API can accept the login used for the website inside the server. Just some nice graphics and some javascript, php and html.
Would contain all your friends and if needed you could do private chat between servers and get updates from the site on your character(EX: %char% Wants you to come join at %server% check for more info.)
