u cant make it with apsserver... but u can enable it so any1 can access it on ur PC, appserver is for hosting websites not for making them ... and u can use any version for that i suggest u newest

ehhh turn on wamp and put edited files of ur register page into folder www then run in browser

You can make it with appserv.
Please don't comment if you don't know what you're talking about.

If you're using *** Communications, they ban port 80. If your service is or isn't banning port 80, just use your hamachi id + the port.

Example: 5.100.150.555:80
Just add ":80" after it and there you go!

If you know how to port forward, same method; however, your internet provider might ban port 80. Use a different port. I use my birthday and have a domain link to it. Good luck!

EDIT: put the website in the www folder in appserv.
