Can somebody make me a source that has top halo's 750 cps per kill about 15 minutes to get to lvl 137 and Whatever else you already have, because ive tried all this and still nothing has worked, so dont start calling me a noob, because ive already tried

Go through the forum and you will find a source that has many things already added. If you look properly you will find everything you need, If something is not working for you post up the problems and people will help you fix them.
Please don't just ask for a source but work on the one you have, Many many people on epvpers are more than willing to help people that are stuck. It is a learning process that everybody has to go through
