but i want to limit this server about 400 - 500 Only, how can i put/code (if code, where do i start)

Just do a loop, then add a function in it for those who try to connect when the limit is reached.

Unnecessary you could just put a check for connected clients.

There will be an array of some sort which holds your connections, put a limit on the size of that array and put a check in to check if the array still has space while first accepting the incomming connection, if its full reject it with the server is full message.

Yes, exactly like Korvacs said.

One way it can look is like

Hashtable Connections = new Hashtable[450];

And then just do a check if connections is 450, etc etc.

A check might look like:

if (this.v_Conns.Count == 450)
     Incomming.Disconnect();

Something like that would do.
