Yeah, this is just another way of scamming people into giving their source code out so you can say "OMGZ I CODED SERVER MYSELF".

Problem is, most people who have the knowledge to code the **** server know better than to trust someone with less than 10 posts saying "Give me your source, I'll host it"

EDIT: Btw, if you have 100 ping yourself, it's well over 1000 for everyone else. Learn to localhost. For me mine's about 20-46 ping, for others it's 200-500. See the calculations?
