you dont need to open any port. Any one would like to log on your server by defualt will be port 80 or 8080, and this port is open by default.
But you need to have a Static IP Address "Real IP Adress" on your router.

port 80 or 8080 is only for http use
if he wants to host his server he needs to open the server ports which are
AUTH_PORT=5817 <- not really needed
LOGIN_PORT=9958
GAME_PORT=5816
