i didnt do all of them but its not packet the cool down is found at new magictype structure and since your spells database is old it wont work with ya .. got it ?

BlackSpot is a packet, I got no idea what is it tho.

I have BlackSpot packet xD but to remove cd from eagle eye need adrenalin rush packet I think..!

i guess the highlightened Number / 100 Represent Cooldown Secounds [not sure if am right but Propabaly its Smthing related to Spell information

Surely its Not Packet they would be dumb if they r creating Packet structure for just sending 1 value

if you are talking about cooldown :-
what i think that the spelluse packet 1105 length had been changed so the cool down would be one of those offsets stored in it

So once you know the right offsets using logger or so .. you could set the Cool down

if you are talking about Effect :-
its String effect .. you Can convert it to Flag
