[5165] teroaresource SQL source problem!

I download the source of teroare, then i configure some line of it. but i didn't rarely edit all. I just edit ip's server name's. and some;s rates.

the server work fines and flawless, then suddenly a problem pop up, and this is it. WHEN SOMEONE WILL LOG IN, ALL ONLINE CHARACTER WILL FEEL LAG, SOMETIMES THE PINGS GOES 2,000 AND MONSTER WILL NOT MOVE, AFTER THE NEW CHARACTER LOG IN, LAG WILL GONE. THEN AGAIN IF SOMEONE AGAIN LOG IN, ALL ONLINE CHARACTER AGAIN WILL FEEL LAG.

what maybe the cause of the problem? Please anyone can help me? please
