Account/Server Manager (C++)

I will be creating a C++ application that will allow you to modify accounts and also allow you to add NPCs and all of that stuff.

I'm still trying to to figure out what would be best. Would it be best to just keep it on localhost, and the server owner would be the only person who could use it? or should I create a config file and force the owner to port forward for his administrators to get online?

Also, due to all the leechers, who will just remove my name from my application and call it theirs, I will not be releasing the source of it just yet.

If you want the source, please PM me and we can discuss some stuff.
It will not cost you money, I just want credits for it.

But, give me some Ideas. I already have the adding/modifying user system built into it.

I see no point of doing something, you can also add them via phpmyadmin or mysql.
Or will be there more comfortable options?

but, yeah. it's just going to be plain and simple. nothing, complex about it.
even though, phpmyadmin has to be the easiest thing ever.
oh well, it's going to give me something to do. XD

Nah dont stop, alot of people dont understand phpmyadmin (i understand it but it get annoying). Good Luck.

Here a few ideas...

- Make a really good search like the one phpmyadmin has [ it pwns ]
- Easy scrolling, I have to few them like 200 at a time, sometimes wont let me view 10k at a time. [ i want 10k at a time ]
- Pretty colors, who doesn't enjoy a little flash?

lol Server manager is like the easiest thing to do , all you do is inserting values and sending query's to the database.And yeah connecting to the database first...

Why do something that has no benefit to him in the long run? I assume you're simply doing this to becoming more comfortable using C++ (practice / learning).
