umm could anyone help me?
my acc server is working msg is working and npc too
but when i log it seems it goes Log in freeze like Loading thats all?
could anyone help me?

lol, anyway I have a real question this time xD
Since yesterday when i try to start the MsgServer I get a Peerage.dll failed to initialize message...
Is it something necessary ?

You don't need that account server, if you find the 2.7 binaries it comes with the EACC full version.

I had the same problem as you. Have you checked your IPs? Make sure they are correct. I had 127.0.0.1 in my shell.ini for the ip and it would login freeze on me. So i downloaded hamachi and put that IP now it works fine. so maybe thats ur problem the Ips are wrong. if not. then im not sure whats your problem =/ sorry.

I made this thread for people who have problems with the 5165 source that just recently became public.
First here's how's you set it up.
Download it from here.
And the client from here.
Open the folder, for me its Fixed Source.
Place the folder OldCODB in your C:/ drive.
Then you open OldCODB.
