What inf said means, you dont have to send the effects to any client, just send the entity packet & characterpacket with the right bytes.

you cant fix it until you have it the right way. also, the way u "added" it, team members see u as a serf, everyone else see u as a serf. just u send the effect and this dont change anything, in game u still being a serf.
