Nobabilty System Is Impossible ?!

All the pvserves that i played in has no nobabilty system

When i ask the GM for that he says , [ Later,dude]

It's not impossible, but I doubt any of these people could do it(I couldn't do it, nor would know where to start).

Ask Ultimatum, I think he was working on that.

Yeh i am, however getting it to patch 5035 is even harder xD. After a bit of hex editing, iv been packet sniffing for about 2 days now lol. Packet sniffing = boring :/ and i get bored very easily
