What do you mean "almost"? It is full 4267 and it has a lot of of the functionality working...I worked on it a bit when it was a private source. Hell it can even use the official installer (econquer0628.zip floating around) that is v4274.

Hey! I need help =\ I downloaded the 4267 source and found out that the map had quadrant lines all over it. This is the download location for the source and for the client.
