sometimes you'll get a error problem maybe its the server or maybe its your computer link up with conquer.what i do if i can't log on before mainteinence is to restart the computer and try it again it does work its more likely the internet connection to conquer but if you restart your computer it will fix itself. if its a firewall blocking try to disable it and try it if you don't succeed try scaning the computer for virus and spyware<-- this is the option if firewall disable doesn't work. if there is no virus detected try to defrag the computer mostly key area would be shutting your computer or checking your firewall and disable it for a while then turn it back on. there are some firewalls that will make a mistake and block things that you don't want to block. of this is not all of these try manual patching your conquer to date if it said 4356 then your up to date. if all these key areas don't work then i guess your computer is outdated and you might want to throw it away or have microsoft look at it
