Help me with edits?

Okay. I made a frost blade look cool (I think) but, i dunno how to put it on conquer, to make it well.. be edited :?

I'll post the Image (its kinda wierd) and if anyone wants to try to make the blade, greatly appreciated

Did you edit .dds file ?

If ya just save it to the folder u took it from in CO folder.
And if u dont know where -
Conquer 2.0/c3/texture

The blade is ehh :S

Edit2-
If you want to make it into .dds just use photoshop and try cut around the blade and copy into the image. ( I dun like the blade at all ) *shh me again*

lol, yeah i don't either. But. I got bored and just screwed around XD. It's ugly, but yeha.

[Edit]So wait, I just open the .dss thing in the umm well that one folder you said, and it comes up in photoshop

[Edit](2) Conquer 2.0/c3/texture pointless edit, but oh well, i'm a noob

-- Oh yeah, if you dont mind, could you a post .dds file (Something for tro) if you could :P, i dont have conquer on this comp =/, just need one to test it :P

Eh go .dds guide by guides&templates , U'll find every thing u need.

Yeah, i checked there, found a descent guide.
But, j/w if you know if editing things in Paint Shop Pro will work jsut was well as photoshop, seeing as I would rather not waste money to buy it -.-

If anyone has a link to free photoshop or something PM me, if not, then oh well =/
