They dont do a server maint every 2 secs... they do it every 2 days... it could be 2 things... either your comp keeps disconnecting, or time passes really quickly for you

P.S.: I AM NOT RACIST. it's just a question about server because i want to make a test. currently i have a level 100 char on hera server that from my opinion is full of turks and i want to see if on a server with a lot less turks things are different about the game. because i'm tired of peoples pointing out turks to be a big problem of silkroad so want to see if they are right or wrong.
