Many programs send packets; they are not detected as malware; just internet connective software.

The CJLibrary from codejock is an addition to MFC which helps doing things related to controls faster.
The program is coded in C++ MFC using the Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 compiler, just like Conquer Online.
