Patch 5023 and mak laaaaaag !!?

how can fix that ?

Doesn't lag for me. But i had problems like this. If you were playing without lag before the patch then:
All you can do is wait for the lag to be gone or wait for a new patch.

actually i think this patch or 5022 improves
because i used to keep building up ping until 14000-20000 and DC
now, it just build up to 1000-3000, then a while, it goes back 200 and continue without lag
