Socket bound talisman

hello

im just wondering why i cant use my bound items to socket a bound talisman. it always says locked or highest battle power and my bound items are not locked. i dont know about highest battle power. anyone can help me?

ps. i tried to socket it with an low level items

well it could be that the account is non merchant. havent encountered this problem since all my accounts are merchants

mabe its your main items. If u dont wear better items u cant use bound items. But i think u need to become merchant
