Both map sets show squama "hot spots" MapSet2 is older version, MapSet1 is new'er forget exactly where from, I think was kept over from Venom, kept the MiniMaps as they were alot more helpful. I use Set1, recommend Set1 to anyone not using, As it shows alot more on the minimap(s).
Set1: Shows Exp Pot on Map at Gano/Titan spawns [ape city/phoenix city], Squama's gold dots on minimap. Also shows Wind Spell scroll making spots, Gems for example I noticed show mines (corner of Ape screen) Etc. [More detailed than Set2]
Set2: Shows Red Dot on Minimap at Gano/Titan spawns [ape city/phoenix city], Squama's yellow dots on minimap.
