I was told that if you read the number for item droped on ground and picked up, and inject the number for picked up item after droping item on ground, the server will not correct this instantly but give a couple seconds first before deleting one item with same ID.
I suggest some one make a macro or somthing, and give me a copy if you suceed, message me please, doing this:

-speed adjustable macro....-smaller windows-
drop dragon ball, inject picked up code, -on other charector, then use the db on a item with teh npc and hope for upgrade plus socket, END
hopfully you have db still cuz one code disapeared server side when you used the db, an da upgraded or better item..
if this works if any one trys it please message me first with exatly how sincei gave you idea tnx tnx tnx i dont want to try it cuz im chicken lol,'

not posative bout this.. but theoreticly it SHOULD. as soon as the item is spawned its given a item ID code. when this id code is given the id code is added to a list. the list of ID codes wont spawn again... thus meaning that you would be detected or prevented from duplicateing the item...now this could work via a meteor just dropped off of a elf ape and u do the packet editing... but if you were to buy a DB and do it after a week of preperation and waiting... the ID would have been in there long before you could ever try to edit the packet...
and if you could the server would most likely recognize that there were 2 of the same item.. and most likely correct itself thinking that there was lag so u picked the item up twice or somthing... if you wanted to try it you would prolly need to know the ID number of a undropped met or DB meaning you would have to somehow hack into the server and find the list? LoL
nice idea but i doubt it will work.. if you REALLY wanna test it.. test it with a met not a DB.. lol
oh and BTW... im not positive about any of this.. its just commen sence with a little bit of... estimation? lol.

Server said u got an IronOre but at the same time u got the IronOre u dropped an CopperOre. And tadaaaa u got an Copper instead of Iron. ( The Ore u dropped still laying around ) Sounds wierd, but happened to me a lot of times.
the server always checks when u make an upgrade if the db/met is in ur inv b4 it does the upgrade
this used to be done i think in the early stages of co but it got quickly changed to a inv check
i dont believe the server thinks u droped and used the db at the same time
if it does recognize the db as it is in ur inv no1 will be able to pick it up cuz the server will use it to upgrade
its just my intuition though
what if you remember the dragonball ID code and before you inject the code you use the db then you make it drop......................my thinking is that the ID of the original dragonball was deleted off the list and you can just make it spawn again
