You can add servers yourself.

This server is not running on binaries but on patch 5165.

its running on 5095 binaries actually...

The last time i checked it out it was on 5165 source. But there was a server wipe atleast they did say so on the forums, so he might change to 5095 binary source. If so go ahead and add their server to the list ^^.
