Your confusion probably lies in the fact that you think it's a bot. It's not a bot, it's an account manager. Try reading through the guides joek has provided. You will find it's not as hard to use as it looks.

guys don't notice that this "account manager" is in the "exploits, hacks & tools" section, not the "bots & macros" section. If I was looking for a bot I would probably look in the section for bots.
