it must be sayed somewhere and many times, but to do it urself and after every patch i guess:
and download Hex Workshop
install, and go to your co folder, make a copy of conquer.exe if u want to another folder.
right click conquer.exe, edit using hex workshop.
press on edit->find->under box saying type choose text-string
under value write TQ_Conquer,
replace english by chinese (as it was said, it s 7 letters, so file will still eb same size...)
what i did is save it as conquerxxx.exe, and i made a shorcut to desktop where under properties i add blacknull so it dont look for update server...
You can also use hex edito to recognize commandtokens.... just replacing a letter... under ini folder, and editing itemtype.dat
Woudl be great more people use hex editor and find more interesting things hehe
