Could it be possible to have a version available for LAN or different servers than officials ? Or release on Open-Source for adapt it for our own projects ?

I just tryed to use it and was told some files were misssing, wpcap.dll and packet.dll, I was able to find a copy of the wpcap file but not the packet file
