Hmm, please correct me if I am wrong.. But isn't this "speed increase" visible to other players on CO? If so, then it would be really easy to determine who is using it.. and really easy to get yourself banned.
And on the other hand, if this thing was ban-prone, then what would be the point of creating it?
I automatically assume that people can't see you move ultra fast, because it would be pointless (as I said in the first paragraph above).
Just let me know, and thank you for making this application.
[EDIT] Silly me, not thinking ahead and realizing that there are 8 other pages to be read, lol. I now know that it IS client-side, and as I expected, fairly useless. However, I still appreciate the effort in making some cheap entertainment for those who have nothing else better to do then run around at ultra speeds wating for your true self to catch up.

NOTE 2: Attaching MHS is not perfect, and is sometimes detected causing you to restart. But once you get through with everything connected and set up, you can hack all day long with no problems.
I DID NOT get auto-banned using this, so for now its safe. GL! Just don't be stupid.
