It won't work anymore. Probably because of the guy who made it public. TQ blocked it server side, it means there's no way to bypass it anymore. Grats to ppl who made it public.

This hack stopped working on 3-31-09, not 3-3-09. It ended yesterday after the server maintenance! Can someone please update it? I got a socket in my super tower =D

talisman socketing doesnt work anymore since last day of march emergency SM.. so stop asking for updates.. its fixed!

And for those who disagree with my post..... isnt it funny how this thread was posted on the 29th of march and a day later it was fixed by tq......

The fact of the matter is that we have all been able to do this since talismans were added to co2....

But like i said thanks to this noob thread and a noob member trying to claim credit for something that was created months before !!!! now we are all screwed!!!
glad i 2 soced 5 of each tali before this noob member made tq aware of the glitch that is now server side....

i remember when talismans first came out, i could've sworn there was a multiclient/program that let u use free items to add progress to the talismans socks. is this multi client still around?

Seems like there have been some reports of TQ confiscating people talismans that where socket with free items. Is that true or is just some lame guy that doesnt have anything better to do but mess with us or was probably hacked, and since TQ changed the bonus quests they might have added a way to detect if a free item was used. Did anyone used free items since the changes? and keept their talismans? BTW TQ screwed the bonus equipment quest and you can do them again even if you had done...
