Last I heard they restructured the item's if TQ did it to stop the item dat from working why does it still allow weps to be displayed. I would think a new item dat can be built it just will take some new coding.

It's most likely not a file. They just send the item as a normal if it isn't a weapon.

Because you can see what quality a weapon is when it's on the ground because of the colour it is.

This is only true with weapons. So far I have not seen specific colors on armors and such...only weapons.
