I am too lazy to get the link for the engine. try google and it was my first site listed.
Pretty easy
download both cheat engine and the file linked in the first post in this thread.
install cheat engine then run cheat engine
hit the open folder looking icon located in the top left area and find the file you downloaded titled 'zoom and speed 5031' Oh i beleive its zipped unzip it first common stuff
now the tricky part hit the top left button (looks like a monitor) in cheat engine and you will see a list. find conquer.exe in that list and double click it. dont worry about the options below the list you wont need to mess with them.
now at the bottom window youll have two things speed and zoom. put a check in zoom and double click the value part of that line. put in your desired amount between 150-200
I myself prefer 170. Note: when you double click dont click the word value click in the lines below that have a number directly under value.
Dont go below 150
If you have two clients of co loaded just hti the top left button with the monitor icon again and double click the next conquer.exe and it will ask you a question. just say yes and it will take the same settings to that client.
Speed part you are on your own for now since I dont use it and not gonna try it but its value is probalby 0 and 1 just a guess.
