Its very simple, And people With Private servers have proven this, Its random. Not completly random But more random then mear humans can figure out. The only Thing i have noticed over all my time watching this,Is there is no luckytime,No lucky box No lucky gear and no luck simple randimisation. The only Possible chancew on getting something good is as soon as u see sombody pick a box and it says they where lucky, Click on it. It may not give you the best prize but you will get something better than mets. Belive me ive asked hundreds of people , time box looked at gears blah blah blah. Everything was differant. I mean if a lvl 1 with no luck and no gears can get plus 8's or elite sockets compared to one with awsome gear with full bless Then its simple. Dont chase the rainbow cause the pot of gold Is ever changing. Just stick with what might work and does seem to work. Click the same box in the same second as a winner and u may get what u wished for
