Possibly, Vista doesnt work with allot of stuff.

Well, I am confused. It always downloads, then comes to open up on Internet Explorer. Then it closes and nothing happens. Wow, I am terrible with this stuff.

Edit: Figure out whats wrong with your computer, you say allot of things don't work. Maybe something is blocking you from using certain applications.
