Host took down entire subnet when a small ddos occurred. We don't have latest database so we waiting for them to respond.
When we back online, we pack our stuff and leave them. New server already standing by.

We finally resolved the issues, and we are setting up everything again. The server should be back up and working in 2-3 hours

That's why your suppost to do daily backups Or at least every other day you don't ever depend on a host to save db and files for you that's just shady practice on dans part. Sounds like you got lucky this time and they gave you access to it anyway so that's good.

So the bot is offline again or what so ever..

I can't seem to log in on the bot or even can't navigate to the website. What's going on ?

We've had some reason downtime yes. Wasn't really scheduled to say the least.
