It picks up super and elite items. It's one of the functions. There just simply isn't an option to not pick them up and keep them. It's also been tested by numerous people in this thread, so I'm pretty sure it works for them. It works for me, anyways.

You always have a chance of getting jailed when you bot, but to prevent that you can try:

It is a good client, and with m7m modified , i didnt get bot jailed for a week +. unless other player reported you, had a 124 ninja bjed because some idiot report me, but those bot id with the same id are not bjed.
if you are afraid of bjed, then dont use it with your main, make dummies account and bot the hell out of it. and trade those loot to a market character everyday but when trading please use different ip.
last but not least when u get a db , exchange them to cp buy another one and exhange again then trade it to your market chracter or just sell it and transfer the silver away , just make sure the botted db is not with u.
