Peripherals not really a priority.
Its more important to replace the

motheboard
all your disk drives
CPU if you plan to play cod games that require TPM

Depends on which COD game, but generally speaking motherboard, SSD, CPU (bo7 for fTPM)
However its quite pricey, purchasing a spoofer that spoofs TPM as well should be more than enough yk, Void does that and we'd be delighted to have u check us out chief

Changing motherboard should also change ftpm I'm sure since it's tied to motherboard and bios firmware

A few years ago I still got banned even after physically changing my mobo, so that alone is not enough. I think the others are right that you need to change your SSDs as well. I never changed my GPU and its fine, CPU also didn't change for a long time up until recently. I think if you got banned years ago they were not tracking your CPU back in 2019, so it should be fine for you.

My HWID ban from 2020 cause of the X22 detection was lifted at some point but couldn’t say when.

Can verify in my personal case that changing mobo, m.2 drive and windows account fixed a HWID ban from September of this year.

I say personal case because TPM vs fTPM are different.

My understanding is that AMD processors are equipped directly with a TPM device whereas Intel does not have an actual TPM device and works with the motherboard to create a unique TPM signature.

If I had a AMD processor I would have most likely switched the CPU as well.
