I've used them before its safe to use. and I've cheated with ACdiamond on stream before fine for many months and never got caught doing it. But their customer support is terrible. Cheat is great for when it wants to work though.

They sell the cheats that you can find cheaply on the market at much more expensive prices. I think it is an unnecessary provider and just a money trap.
