The only thing I hate about PO is the ESP smoothness. It just doesn't seem to run either at the same frames as the game or the refresh rate of the monitor. It feels and looks very odd to play with, let alone actually try hard
Used some different externals and all of them felt much smoother and idk why. Even after the latest couple of updates that say "ESP smoothness greatly improved" it still feels like it always did.
This is my 3rd or 4th sub and I already asked once for a refund for MW2, props to them they did refund cause we just couldn't find a solution to fix or improve that. Now that the same thing is happening in MW3 It'll probably be my last sub for a while until they actually fix or improve that.

He has pretty big user base and sometimes it's not possible to reply on every ticket instantly. If you don't get reply just DM him here or ping him on his thread. I am sure he will reply faster. Have to remember he has to work on his cheats not just tickets. So sometimes you need to remind him so he can remind his staff or check himself if something more important.
Also remember he has day and night like everyone else, family time too.

@ OPgamingCHAIR, your ticket was created 10 hours ago. It is so disheartening that you of all my users posted a public hit piece on PO because your ticket went unanswered for 10 hours. We always say that when things get busy users can expect to wait up to 24 hours for a response
Fika & I are doing our best on tickets, EPVP, PMs, cheat fixes, etc. I can tell you right now the error you are getting is an easy fix and you will be given that fix as we reply to tickets in the order they are created
PO 2.0 brought a lot of new security & performance but also new bugs that we are fixing. The launch of MW3 brought a lot of volume. We are doing our best

The way I render has no FPS limits I want people to be able to keep VSYNC on everything off which is why I recommend that
PO ESP is really smooth for most people. If you ever buy again try looking at my "FPS guide" in the loader guide that usually helps with ESP smoothness
If not then yes of course you get a refund if the product does not work ideally for you. Which so far you have done the last few times you've tried PO it sounds like
It's also machine based. I've heard people say external cheat XYZ is better or worse than PO. I hear it both ways. For me and most users PO is very smooth like an internal but it just depends. I'm always trying to improve

Look, I posted this out of frustration, have been away for work 14 days straight, flown home straight off of night shift I don't want to charge back I wont charge back, your product and support has been pretty fast in the past, I have removed my posts about charging back.
Just frustrated almost every time i Purchase I have faced an issue which HAS been resolved. I appreciate you taking the time to reply to my post.

I have never had an issue with ESP performance out of all the previous cheat providers iv used PO is the second best performing, Engineowning has/had the best in my opinion but I would never touch that provider again or recommend them to anyone.

I understand your frustration. You bought a product, needed help, watched me post a blog and in my Telegram while not helping you. The reason is that I mostly let Fika do tickets. I help at time when he's overloaded or do my assigned tickets. I never would have touched yours had you not made this post because your issue is such an easy fix

Yeah most people say that PO performs better than any other external on their device then some say otherwise it just depends I think. Mostly good though

Yup I’ve tried it all in MW2 and never found the fix for it. I’ll try the “FPS guide” once more but FPS is not an issue for me and never was. In MW3 I’m constantly above 180 and PO doesn’t reduce that, like I said the ESP just looks like it’s rendering at a much much lower framerate thus making is slightly delayed and so out of the place.

I think the other guy talked about PO performance not OP and yeah I don't have any confirmation that he actually ever used PO lol... it's how it goes sometimes
I've heard that PO had trash performance so many times from people who ignore me when I ask for proof of purchase or tell them to make a ticket. I just stopped asking. It's either a legit customer with a rare problem or just someone trying to sales trash PO with a made up claim. It's too much work to sort it out

If you go the extra mile to make a ticket on PO and say you are "SeeNi" or even that you have the issue we can give you a trial key & I can connect to your PC on TeamViewer and check some stuff to see if I can help
It would also really help because as of now it's hard to tell if you are a real prior customer or not. I can see it being either way

It's not on the guide cause of that special tool I sent you on that ticket. I don't want that to be on the guide. But maybe I'll implement the rest of the solution on the guide and say make a ticket for last resort

Thank you very much for just giving me the info right away. It's always awkward when someone critiques PO and I have to do a dance to try to help them where they won't tell me their username because it's either a fake story or they are afraid I will do something to them (I won't just want to help)

It is defensively something do with the your pc po skeleton is very smooth we never had any issue after new loader release it’s been way smoother than before
