Completely new PC - New account shadow banned?

My main was banned during the PO detection, it was my first ever detection but I wasn’t sure if I was HWID banned. I decided I was going to update my PC to DDR5 anyway, so figured I’d get some early Black Friday sales.

I upgraded my MOBO, Ram, both memory slots, and installed a fresh Windows with a new key. I ever got a new number for my new cell. I did not reuse the old SSD drives.

I signed into a new steam account, downloaded Warzone, verified my number and such, and then I was still INSTANTLY shadow banned.

Is this IP? Should this ban lift? If it is IP will all my new hardware be flagged now?

I have a static IP through my provider so changing it would require a call.

If its truly an new PC and u describe correct then it sounds like just an temporary IP flag, it will lift in 7 days.
I had this happen in the past, noone believed me. The solution was i got Nord VPN to try another new Account. And it did NOT get insant SB. Tried Another 3rd Account without VPN and it did get SB INSANT again. (All on the same hwid)
After like a week it was not needed anymore to use VPN and the flag was gone.

Did you also change your GPU? It could be GPU based HWID flag.
Your shadow ban will get lifted after 7 days or if you get permanent ban within 2-3 days, you are HWID ban.

It is truly new, and so is the mobile number. The only thing that’s the same is my peripherals and GPU.

I’m assuming it’ll be lifted as well, and is likely tied to my static IP.

We’re you ever rebanned after the shadow was lifted? Should I call my ISP and get a new static IP anyway?

New mobile number as well.

No i was never re banned, as i used Proofcore since then for my Main Account.
I would just get VPN for a week and test it out. Let me know how it goes, pretty sure its the same issue i had.
Number doesnt matter, i used my Numbers from previous perm banned Accounts on new Accounts and no SB nothing.

If it would be Hwid ban it would already be permed. Mostly within 24hrs.

Dont worry it will lift 99% , just for curiousity sake id try the Vpn method i told u. Its just a few bucks for a week. But up to you

No cheats loaded, I am done cheating. Fresh start on MW3.

it may be due to the monitor/peripheral serials or even having accessed the Microsoft account that you used on the banned PC

well then there can be 3 possibilities

a) moved/reused old call of duty install folder files
b) router mac
c) any bluetooth device / controller wireless USB

they dont get gpu or peripherals for bans so thats a non-issue

If you signed into your previous microsoft account (or geforce experience) along with anything that can trace back to your old fingerprint, that can be the issue for sure. Xbox Wireless Adapters for windows can cause issues if re used, the whole nine. Regardless, with the state of the game, sometimes insta shadowbans just happens. It sucks for sure but there isn't much you can do about it!

IP don’t matter

Make sure ur also using a different Internet adaptor they don’t ban IPS but they do ban your Internet adaptor

Based on what you've written your shadow ban will lift. I wouldn't worry about it

I agree. Mine was one week to the day and gone, never to appear again.
