It’s an inconvenience to your customers to deal with this especially when everyone says you are slow with addressing tickets. Maybe 1 person having an issue with the account being fresh or unlinked is whatever, but there are multiple people claiming and saying this in a short time frame.
That’s not how things should work.

I'm sorry its an inconvenience to you and its difficult to contact support...
No accounts are not checked because logging into accounts in multiple different locations in a short period of time can flag the account and sometimes put them into a cooldown, we stopped this due to this fact.
Because of this some can be low level or even fresh in which case you just let us know and we sort you out until your happy.
We sell hundreds of accounts and if 2/3 come on EPVP to say they got a level 1 account I say we are doing pretty good.
Simply open a ticket or contact support and we will make sure your happy..
