You can chose “closest” hitbox.

It’s very legit looking, it targets the closest hitbox to your crosshair, you can also freely move it around while targeting a player, can think of it as a “body lock”

A lot of people are using GhostAims spoofer who have had previous bans, if you ask in the cod section though you will likely get more insight!
