He's not desperate, he's just spamming with nonsense. If he was really desperate he would contact the people who offered their support, but instead he keeps telling them to get in contact with him his own way.

He's the only one in your staff who can speak spanish, . And guess what, this guy speaks spanish too.
Just do an English -> Spanish and then back Spanish -> English and you will get almost the same result as his post. Especially the "bourgeois" and "disarrayed" terms gave it away. Who the hell talks like that?
