Looking for a decent private server.

I'm looking for a server which would have a decent management and good rates and has started 1-2 weeks ago:

Ep8 obviously

Rates:

100x-500x XP.
+250x SP XP.
High drop rate.
1-3 drops per mob.
No resets.

Management:

Knows english, lol.
Atleast x-trap for protection.
Not P2W as in mithril items at the itemshop.

Anyone know any servers like that? cuz atm the situation seems pathetic.

have you tried my server ? it's not new, it has 1 item drop in general and in dungeons 2 drops only from chests to avoid messin up the dungeon and 3 drops from map bosses , no resets ... best antihack (hacker told me that ) but we have mithril in web-shop, not what u'd expect tho ... you can buy it with coins dropped in-game and also need to level up till mithril (yep, we have a lvl based shop) and also you have the amp limited, can't add too much just lettin you know we exist give it a try, maybe u'll like it
