This is sonic cabal and its seems perfect for me.
The max level is 280 and no reset
To make the quest fully english,copy the NPC folder in the data folder from other english p.server into it.
and its fully english

Go to the screen where the error appears.
Press "Print" on your keyboard.
Open paint -> paste.
Save it somewhere, where you can find it.
Go to
Choose your file, upload it.

Then rename your .bat exactly to the name which is shown there.
