Sorry to say, But you are all wrong. Please read the copy right terms of cabal PH which is what shusui is using...... he can't be sued. Even if he did get sued it wouldn't stand in court nothing will happen.

Acid he's right.. Copy right apply yes but, it also depends on the country... it won't stand in some country. Do some checking around you'll see.
I think you people have no idea what copyright actually stands for.
Estsoft has the copyright on all cabal server files, it's not a legit server just because Mystery Cabal is using the same copyright agreement as (if they do so) Cabal PH does. And it's quite silly to believe so.
And just so you know since Mysterycabal is more or less a international server, they go against the license of every single Cabal Version Eu/NA/SEA/PH etc because just these publishers are allowed to host cabal in their area.
All other server hackers are attacking this server cuz it has many players....
